In My Backyard features the designs and illustrations of Katie Wilson - I mostly create illustrated goodies like prints and stationery, but you can also find screen printed fabric, soft toys and accessories like scarves and brooches.
Where did you come up with the name In My Backyard?
Most of my designs and illustrations are inspired by the things I see and find out in my backyard.

Cute, textured, whimsical, illustrative and lovely!
What was your favourite toy as a child? And now?
A brown bear that my mum made - I still have her and she is still my favourite!
What is making you happy right now?
It's almost spring!
What did you dream about last night?
I can't remember!
What is something that can always make you feel better?
Getting outside - either pottering in my garden or going to the paddocks to visit my horse.
Do you do anything crazy to inspire creativity?
Not really, sitting down with paints, pencils and a sketchbook is as crazy as I get...

Not really, but I wasn't unpopular!
